About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Semi-Senior to join our Clients accounting and auditing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assurance services to our clients. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Audit, accounts, and have a minimum of 2-5 years of professional auditing experience. If you are a detail-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Plan and execute audit engagements as part of the audit team.
Ensure that audit work is completed according to the company's procedural guidelines and professional auditing standards.
Identify and document potential risk areas.
Research and analyse financial statements and other data.
Identify and document accounting and audit issues.
Prepare audit reports for review by the Audit Manager.
Mentor and train junior auditors.
Provide technical support and guidance to audit team members.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements.
Advise management on internal control and operational issues.
Assist with the preparation of client tax returns.
Assist with special projects as required.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of professional auditing experience.

  • Familiarity with auditing standards and procedures.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CA or other relevant certifications is preferred.
