About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant for our Clients Business Support Team in their Leeds office. The role is very customer service focused, predominantly inputting new instructions onto the Case Management system and producing relevant letters and documents, answering and directing phone calls through the busy main telephone switchboard. Other main duties will include scanning, photocopying and archiving plus other general administrative duties. This role requires a candidate who is both professional and confident using the telephone and face to face as they will be speaking directly to our clients.

The successful candidate will also need to be a quick learner and accurate worker, able to follow instructions carefully while dealing with a high volume of work. They will be a team player with a flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude, capable once trained of using their own initiative and working pro-actively to meet the needs of the business.

Experience within an office environment is essential as we would ideally want the applicant to hit the ground running.

Key Tasks:

Data input, opening new matters and updating the Case Management System in accordance with team procedures.
Answering telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate person/department accurately and professionally.
File archiving and other administration duties.
Liaising with colleagues, clients and other parties.
General administration duties for the firm.
Dealing with incoming post.
Post room duties.
